We are located at 23150 Westheimer Parkway, one block east of Grand Parkway. During your first appointment, we will perform a thorough examination and advise whether orthodontic treatment is recommended. We strive to provide clear and comprehensive answers to any questions you may have regarding your case.

For your first visit, you will need to bring the provided medical and dental history forms. Be sure to complete both sides of each form and sign where indicated. If you need help with these forms, plan to arrive early for you appointment and we will be happy to assist you. Should you find it necessary to change this appointment, please call us and we will arrange a mutually satisfactory time.
